Goal. Set. Met.

Incredible Parents. Incredible Goals.

Goal Set Met combines 30 years of experience in counseling, business, nursing, and health education packed into one husband-wife team. The real experience, however, comes from our kids. Our real resume begins with Parenthood.

The team at Goal Set Met has had countless discussions on the relationship between personal goals and family obligations.

How do you grow as a person when every free minute is spent cleaning messes?

How do you meet health goals when dinners consist of cereal and hot dogs?

Is the meaning of life really how many loads of laundry you can do in one day?

Trust us, we’ve been there. We are there. But our professional experiences have given us something special: expertise in change.

Our Goal

Our passion at Goal Set Met is first and foremost to help parents realize how awesome they already are.  If you want to add any additional superpowers to your repertoire- we want to help with that too!

Sure, there is the day-to-day business of running a family. But we want this to be done without guilt, without frustration. Without feeling like you haven’t done well enough in the day.

Growing your family is the perfect opportunity to grow yourself! And we want to be there for that!

“Change is a process, not an event.”

The Crew

We’re there too.

The Wife.

I have a graduate degree in Health Education/Health Promotion. I later went back to school for my nursing degree and have held multiple roles since. My favorite being Mom. I know it’s hard to feel awesome when you’re overwhelmed with life’s daily tasks. I also know how important it is to cultivate passionate skills, and how that positively impacts the family as a whole. I may not be able to teach you that new language you want to learn, but I can help you through the “change” process.

The Husband.

A counselor and a degree in business management. I lead teams in hospitals, but my real passion is helping people achieve their goals. My expertise is in changing health behaviors. Sometimes, a little stress management can go a long ways in opening doors for other activities.
